Our 3-DOF (Degree of Freedom) motion simulator is still under development, but we expect to have the first prototype up and running by mid-April, 2018.
This concept is novel because it allows for continuous rotation on all axes (yaw, pitch, and roll).
Yaw takes place on the outer axis, followed by pitch, then roll. This design will present new challenges, since each axis is “cantilevered,” making design for rigidity more difficult.
